Refund policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Changed your mind? You can have a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. That includes your first purchase and every renewal, so forgetting to cancel never costs you a year.
Every paid product also has a free 30-day trial, so you can try it properly in your own environment before you buy.
How to ask for a refund
Our orders are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so Paddle processes refunds. Either:
- go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you bought with, and request a refund there; or
- email hello@ninthforge.com with your order number (it’s on your receipt), and we’ll arrange it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes them within a few business days; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
What counts
| You paid | Refund window |
|---|---|
| A new licence by card | 14 days from payment |
| A renewal | 14 days from the renewal payment |
| By invoice or purchase order | 14 days from the date we receive payment |
| A 2-year prepaid licence | 14 days from payment |
After 14 days we don’t refund for a change of mind. You can still cancel at any time so it doesn’t renew, and your licence keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
When something’s wrong with the product
If the product has a problem we can’t fix, contact us whenever it happens. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there’s a major failure, you’re entitled to a refund for the unused part of your licence, whatever the 14-day window says. Other consumer laws may give you similar rights.
What happens to your licence
A refund ends the licence for that purchase. Please remove the key from your environments within 14 days. Because keys are checked offline, the product may keep running for a while; it’ll show a watermark once the key expires. We won’t issue a renewal key for a refunded licence.
